The Foundation is allowed to provide grants to nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status and a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Does Surack Family Foundation have a geographic focus in its grant making?
The focus of the Foundation is to enrich and strengthen our communities in Northeast Indiana.
Does Surack Family Foundation accept donations?
We prefer that people give directly to the organizations we support.
